Conference Fees (quoted in Euros).
The registration fee covers all expenses required for the running of the meeting (transportation; facilities, equipment and human hiring; coffee breaks, etc) and also the conference banquet. Residence fees covers accommodation, breakfast and dinner with wine [Evening Thursday 3rd- Morning Wednesday 9th, 2010]. The hotel has 52 floors, please express your preference; the pre-reserved rooms at specially negociated prices will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. All fees quoted per adult; children 13 years and under 50% discount, children 2 years and under free. Non ISBA delegates who do not qualify for reduced ISBA subscription may choose to join ISBA using this form, and qualify for the discount granted to ISBA members.
